Assalammualaikum wbt Dear Pak Bakaq,

1.I want to share with you a philosophy that were taught to us during our younger days. During those time we were young corporate players and were groomed into corporate animals. In our everyday corporate life we encounter problems and challenges but we were always taught to " hold the bull by the horns'.

2.The bull is a nasty animal.It like to kick and gore people anytime of the day.When it see a shecow, ahem you know what that bull want to do........Worst is when you have to deal with a rampaging bull or in bahasa Kedah my kampong folks use to called lembu naik darah.

3.How do we handle a bull of this nature.Some people want to hold the bull by the tails.Some by the legs and others by the balls, the bull's balls I mean....From my observation watching aruah Haji Salleh of my kampong in Kedah I can share you some conclusions .Among other profession of his, he owns the largest herd of cattles in the kampong.

4.If you try to stop a rampaging bull by the tail, the bull will be pulling you in all direction.All direction man ! Don't ever imagine that you can dictate where you want to go.The bull just pull you anyway it wants.If you want to handle by the legs, better go and get another job.Obviously you are not qualified to manage a bull, what more a herd of cattles. Offcourse there are those who feel they can handle the bull by its balls. Most probably they got a kick in the face......Pak Bakaq may like to ask my former boss, he got a kick in the face too.Ended up coma for a couple of weeks !

5.Aruah Haji Salleh always handle those problematic bulls by the horns.He grabbed their horns and wrestle them to the ground.Sure he got cuts here and there but man , he has the COURAGE AND THE CONVICTION to handle the bull.He handle them once and for all, grab their horns and wrestle them to the ground. Pak Det use to preach to us the same thing, " Young man ! Handle the bull by the horns !"

6.By the way Pak Bakaq, the recent PAS's decision to hold a seminar on working with Pakatan Rakyat and disciplinary inquiry on PAS Selangor would not pass the standard of aruah Haji Salleh. PAS hold the bull (UG Problem) by the tail and it will drag them ...If it turn out they are holding the bull by the balls, maybe a kick in their face will sober them up. Wallahalam.

1.During my younger days in Kedah I have the opportunity of borrowing books from my elder brothers. Not borrowing actually, more of hand me down kind of things. Banyaklah buku-buku cerita dan comics yang saya dapat baca dalam usia yang masih muda. Dalam banyak-banyak buku tu, adalah satu yang bertajuk Aesop Fables.Jadi saya nak ceritalah disini dan kalau Pak Bakaq dapat share cerita ni bersama dengan pembaca blog Penarik Beca terimakasihla.

2.There's a story of a farmer and his son in Aesop Fables.They were on the way to the market together with their donkey which they want to sell. They walk beside the donkey until they meet a man who suggest to the farmer that he should walk beside the donkey and place his son on the donkey's back.Ok the farmer say and then he walk beside while his son rides on the donkey.

3.Then they meet another chap that suggest that both of them (i.e.farmer and son) should ride the donkey. Jolly good they say and on they go both riding the poor donkey.

4.Then they meet a woman who scholded them for riding the donkey and ask them instead to carry the donkey, which they did......Off course at this stage you just wonder which one is the 'donkey'....

5.While carrying the donkey they has to cross a river.Needless to say the donkey got panicked and they got tired carrying the donkey and it results in the donkey jumping into the river and drowned. The farmer and his son ended up crying by the river.......

6.During my corporate days Pak Det used to remind us of this story. Morale of the story is simple, " in our journey, our struggle, our endouver , we ourselves must dictate our own way in accomplishing the objectives.We can listen to others, but we made our own decisions.We set a clear objective, we prepare the road ahead and we traveled strong.Come what may ! We'll get rid of our problems and continue journeying our own way.We must be firmed with what we have decided and not be fickle minded ! This is what we have decided, lets go ! Period !"

7.By the way Pak Bakaq just a set of question on PAS - PAS have decided way back in 2008 to be with Pakatan Rakyat right ? PAS have won many seats because of this cooperation right ? Those who promote and participate in talks on Unity Government with UMNO has been reprimanded right ? PAS people and UMNO people still talking in the dark right ? Ali's boys still in love with UMNO rights ? These UMNO lovers still made stupid and public statements that confused the public right ? And nobody punish them right ? Now PAS is going to have a seminar on Pakatan Rakyat not an EGM to remove those who want to work with UMNO....I wonder after this apa pula...? Wallahalam.
